SQ Blaster Setup Wizard

To use your SQ Blaster unit you will need to connect it to your home Wi-Fi network. Download and install the setup software using one of the links below. This will give you an easy to follow wizard to get your blaster unit onto your home network. Don't forget to download the user manual!

You might also need to download and install the USB drivers for your system. Download links are provided below.

Mac (10.5.X Leopard, 10.6.X Snow Leopard & 10.7.x Lion):

Mac Installation Instructions: (1) Download the USB Driver DMG file for the USB Virtual Com Port drivers. This should mount automatically as a drive image and open a Finder window. Double click the FTDIUSBSerialDriver_10_4_10_5_10_6.mpkg file to run the installer. (2) Download the Wizard DMG file. This should mount automatically as a drive image and open a Finder window. Drag the sqblaster-install.app file into your Applications folder. Connect your blaster unit with the USB cable to your Mac after installing the USB drivers and before running the application.

PC (Windows XP, Vista and 7):

PC Installation Instructions: (1) Download the EXE file for the USB Virtual Com Port drivers installer and run. (2) Download and save the wizard .zip archive file. Unzip to a location of your choice, then run the sqinstall_win.exe file. Connect your blaster unit with the USB cable to your PC after installing the USB drivers and before running the application.
