Square Connect uses Geämi, a 100% recyclable packaging product. We also avoid expensive and ecologically unsound product presentation boxes, preferring to keep packaging to a minimum. This not only helps to save the planet, but also creates cost savings that we pass on to our customers. When receiving products from Square Connect, please separate the packaging materials and recycle as much as you can.
We endeavour to ship all orders received within 2 working days, unless ordered items are out of stock. In most cases we will ship within 24 hours of receiving an order.
All packages will be shipped with USPS Priority Mail, or Fedex to provide you with faster shipping options and the best delivery rates.
All shipping options incliude online order tracking so that you can access package tracking information once we have shipped your purchase.
All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number. Please see below.
You may return new and unopened items within 30 days for a full refund. Opened items should be returned in new and unused condition and contain all materials that were included with the original shipment. Any opened items shall be inspected and if repair or refurbishment is required, then at the sole discretion of Square Connect, a charge for repair and restocking shall be deducted from the refund value. Any returns arising from an error on the part of Square Connect Inc. shall be refunded in full incuding shipping charges. If you wish to return a Square Connect product, please contact us through our support ticket service where we will issue you an RMA number and instructions on how to return the goods.
