Square Connect Limited Warranty. Square Connect Inc. warrants its products for the period of 12 months against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a hardware defect arises and Square Connect is notified of this fact within the warranty period, then Square Connect shall at its option, repair the defective part at no charge or replace the defective part with refurbished or new hardware, or refund the purchase price. Any replaced or repaired parts assume the remaining warranty period of the original part, or 90 days, whichever is the longer. In such an instance the replaced part becomes the property of Sqaure Connect Inc. This warranty extends to hardware manufactured by Square Connect Inc. and does not apply to any non-Square Connect hardware, even if this has been packaged or sold with Square Connect hardware. Manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers other than Square Connect Inc. may provide their own warranties to the purchaser, but insofar as permitted by Law, these products are provided by Square Connect on an "as is" basis. Software. Software provided by Square Connect, with or without the Square Connect brand name is not covered by the limited warranty above and is supplied under its own licensing agreement. Software provided by Square Connect through the Apple iTunes store is covered by the end user licensing agreement (EULA) present on the iTunes store at the time of download and installation.

Return Goods Policy. You may return new and unopened items within 30 days for a full refund. Opened items should be returned in new and unused condition and contain all materials that were included with the original shipment. Any opened items shall be inspected and if repair or refurbishment is required, then at the sole discretion of Square Connect, a charge for repair and restocking shall be deducted from the refund value. Any returns arising from an error on the part of Square Connect Inc. shall be refunded in full incuding shipping charges. If you wish to return a Square Connect product, please contact us through our support ticket service where we will issue you an RMA number and instructions on how to return the goods.
